For Melissa's birthday dinner: Koresht freshenjaan (chicken with pomegranate sauce), green beans, and double-baked potatoes (we split the batch, half done by that recipe, half with the dairy products replaced by olive oil and chicken broth), molten chocolate cake with ice-cream for dessert. All excellent.
