Foiled by the Laws of Supply and Demand
I plan to buy a Wii ASAP, but they seem to be sold out everywhere. I did buy a few PS2 games, though, including FFXII.
Yesterday evening: Went to the latest Harry Potter movie (quite good) with Dan, went to IHOP afterwards.
Today: Lunch at Mongolian Barbecue with Dan, watched some of Borat but was underwhelmed, parents took me to dinner at some Turkish restaurant.

If it was an advance copy, whoever leaked it will be sued for breach of contract. Same goes for any store that sold the book early. If the leaker just bought a copy from a negligent retailer, then they could probably only be sued for copyright infringement, which really doesn't cover the main source of "damages" in this case.
