A Brief Democratic Primary Retrospective
I'm happy that Obama is the nominee after all. It's been a long and close campaign between extremely solid and historic candidates.
But putting a damper on this is the justified pain of Clinton supporters and the gloating of those who feel (or hope) this is the end of women in politics (it's not).

Just because feminists feel that they're hurt from this, doesn't mean black people aren't feeling it either. Fuck's sake, I'm too tired to even make a point. Obama won the nomination, and he's still getting shit over his race. Think of every minority out there feeling the same kind of degredation.
If Hilary had won, it would have been very much the same bitching from the other camp.
