Things That Happened This Week
Boston's water was restored on Tuesday.
Europe's economy is exploding, people are still trying to figure out the weird badness with the stock market's Thursday, oil is back down to $75/bl. and gold is over $1200/oz. This was probably not due to someone selling a few Googol shares.
The new Ubuntu is awesome. My new phone is still awesome. Got a wireless headset so I can join the ranks of the cyborgs and have people play "Bluetooth or crazy" with me (answer: both).
Friday, went to see OK Go in concert with Xave and DJ. OK Go was great. So was Earl Greyhound, one of the opening bands.
Today, spent some time with Xave and Sho. Weekly training session was canceled, so I'm feeling a bit antsy.

That doesn't cover everything though. There was some weird stuff going on with the central bank of Japan. The Yen did very well against the dollar at the end of last week.
There are rumors that Japan is going to dump US treasury bonds.(Never mind that last, grabbed the wrong link, that's old news, and unrelated.)Tomorrow is going to be interesting.

I'd say it's just overall global turmoil. It's been a pretty weird month.
