Roll Save vs. Coffee
Mar. 25th, 2005 03:58 pmYesterday, I hung out with Dan and Andy. We watched Dawn of the Dead (the remake; pretty good).
Andy's had a run of bad luck lately (which is an understatement). But he's back in Cleveland, studying (mostly in absentia) at CSU, and earning gp and exp as a Starbucks employee. Apparently, Starbuckspretends to care supports their workers pretty well.
On an unrelated note, I stopped at the library on the way back from my orthodontist appointment today and happened to run into Blake. Apparently, he's put off graduation for a year to be in some landscaping class that Shaker lets students cross-register for. He's taking some classes at TriC now, and plans to start some two-year program in landscaping next year. According to him, quite of a bit of the class of '04 is studying at TriC now...
At any rate, this break has been good, even if I didn't spend as much time with my family as I would have liked. (I tended to wake up after they had left, leave before they got back, and get back after they had gone to sleep.) Plus, there's still tomorrow and Sunday morning.
