Extreme Programming

So, my first day on the job was great, and I'm really making progress on my projects.

My walk to work is about a mile (something which I view as an upside nowadays, most of the time). I suppose I could telecommute as well, but being in the office really helps me focus (plus, free lunch).

It was very rainy today, and my umbrella was broken by a strong gust of wind (several of the spokes totally snapped), so I got quite wet. Spring is colder than winter, here, so I'm looking forward to summer.

A few articles that caught my attention:

• An article from slacktivist about private property and evangelicals.
• North Korea says it won't rule out a preemptive attack. (This does not make me feel safe. On the one hand, Kim Jong-il is not stupid. On the other hand, he's totally nuts.)
• Kung-fu on wheels.
• And an article on elephants.
