I've started reading Cryptonomicon, which is good so far.
Last night, I went to see the new Harry Potter movie with Markos and Co. Except for the ending, everything was quite polished. On the other hand, the book's story is so extremely abridged that the movie has little substance. Overall, moderately entertaining. Not very complete if you haven't read the book, not very worthwhile if you have, but if you're a fan, you probably won't regret seeing it anyways. (Also, props to the guy playing "Mad Eye" Moody.)
There was the "Local Authors' Book Fair" at the library today. I met the author of Dragons of the Cuyahoga (good book), and I bought the sequel.
