Need to Keep Going
Jul. 26th, 2009 09:38 pmSaturday, had a fitness test at Fitness Together. I don't have the printout yet, so I don't have the exact numbers to compare, but I can say that things are way better than they were as of last test in terms of body fat, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. Unfortunately, I still have a long ways to go on that first point, and while my diet last week was all right, the weekend was peppered with incredibly bad food-related decisions. I need to not get distracted to the point where I delay eating, so I can continue thinking with my brain, not with my stomach. I also need to spend more thought on eating right and less on rationalizing eating poorly.
Saturday afternoon I walked around Cambridge with Amber and Ben (Amber's boyfriend). Saturday evening I saw the new Harry Potter movie, which was pretty good (possibly a better adaptation than previous ones in the series, plot was tight, acting was solid).
Sunday morning was climbing. Including my logs for Wednesday, too, since I missed that:
