Boston Independent Film Festival last week was good. Tara and I saw Being Elmo on Wednesday, which was followed with a Q&A with the director and Elmo puppeteer Kevin Clash. On Friday, saw Submarine (great, quirky film) and on Sunday, saw Another Earth with film club (I was cold on the premise, so thought I wouldn't like it, but it was pretty good).
Clothes-related things continue to move along.
At the end of last week, I was granted my Google laptop and other assorted kingdom keys. The work week has been dominated by training and logistical stuff. And I've been very, very distracted. Did get some decent work in today, though.
Actually went to an SCA event on Saturday, for the first time in a long time. It was pretty fun.
I've been playing Portal 2 this week. Beat the single-player story, and started on the co-op mode with DJ. That game has a way of keeping you up. Just one more level!
Tomorrow, I have to be up early for some Google training. Comedy Studio in the evening. Going to be a busy day.
