Life is going well. I had steak for lunch on Sunday (seasoned with
annatto,
long pepper, rosemary, salt, and a bit of Worcestershire sauce) and again for dinner today (seasoned with
cubeb pepper, basil, thyme, and sea salt). Steak is good, simple (just season and pan-sear it), and quick (since I like it rare), and clearly the best part of getting more protein into my diet.
